Getting Started
Go to the login page and enter your client code, username, and password. Your client code is your organisation's unique identifier. If you check "Remember Me", your client code will be saved in a cookie for future visits.
Two-factor authentication adds an extra layer of security to your account. After entering your username and password, you will be prompted to enter a 6-digit code from an authenticator app such as Google Authenticator or Authy.
Go to your user profile and open the Security & 2FA tab. Scan the QR code with your authenticator app, then enter the 6-digit verification code to activate it.
Visit the forgot password page and enter your client code and username. If your account has an email address on file, a reset link will be sent to that email. Follow the link to set a new password.
The dashboard shows summary counts for your channels, adverts, active menus, and active raffles. It also provides quick access to common actions like Smart Upload and starting a new raffle draw.
Signage & Content
Pixelsuite supports four types of signage content: image adverts (JPEG, PNG, GIF, WebP), video adverts, audio adverts (background or ambient tracks), and menu adverts (digital menu boards with categories, items, and prices).
A playlist is a collection of image adverts and/or menu adverts that play together as a group on a channel. Playlists support multiple playback modes including sequential, shuffled, and limited-item-per-cycle options.
Open the New Playlist modal from the playlist list page. Give it a name, select a venue and playlist mode, then add adverts or menus from the playlist profile page.
A channel is the primary configuration unit for signage displays. Each physical screen or group of screens is associated with a channel. Channels define what content plays, when it plays, and how it looks.
When adding content to a channel, you can set one or more schedule blocks. Each block defines a date range, time window, and days of the week for that content. A live 24-hour grid previews your schedule as you set it.
Suspending temporarily removes the advert from all channels without deleting it or its channel mappings — it can be resumed later. Deleting permanently removes the advert and all its channel and playlist assignments.
Smart Upload is a bulk upload tool that lets you upload multiple images, videos, and audio files at once. It automatically detects file type and orientation, and can pair landscape and portrait images into a single advert.
An interrupt temporarily overrides the current channel content to play a specific item immediately or at a scheduled time. Interrupts can be set as immediate, daily, weekly, or custom (specific date/time).
Devices
Go to the Device Management page. It shows all signage devices registered to your account with their status, type, channel assignment, location, and app version.
Online means the device is actively connected and responsive. Offline means it is not currently connected. Stale means the device has not reported in for an extended period.
Use the filter toolbar to search by device name, hostname, or location. You can also filter by channel or use the status buttons to show only online, offline, or stale devices.
Use the Pair New Device action. The device screen displays a 6-digit pairing code — enter it in the pairing modal, select a channel, and click Pair Device. The device will be linked to your account.
Yes. Administrators can set a custom label for any device. Leave the name blank to revert to the device's reported name.
The device is removed from the account. However, if the device is still active and connected, it will re-appear automatically on its next connection.
Device type is automatically detected from the operating system version string reported by the device. Supported types include SignOS, Android, Raspberry Pi, Linux, Windows, and macOS.
Account & Users
Go to your user profile page. It shows your account details, security settings, and provides management actions like editing your profile and configuring your dashboard.
Click the Edit button on your profile page and select Edit Profile. You can update your username, first name, last name, email, and venue.
Permission templates are reusable sets of user permissions that can be applied to multiple users at once. Administrators can create, edit, clone, and apply templates from the Manager section.
Go to Manager > Venues to view all venues for your account. You can create new venues (if below the account limit) and edit existing venue details including company name, trading name, and location.
Each account has a storage quota for uploaded content. If the quota is reached, new file uploads are blocked until existing content is deleted. Storage usage is visible on the Manager Dashboard.
Administrators can manage users from user profile pages. Available actions include editing permissions, disabling or archiving accounts, removing 2FA, resetting passwords, and deleting users.
Short links redirect from a short URL to a longer destination URL. They are useful for QR codes on signage. Each short link can have a downloadable QR code generated automatically.
