Forgot Password

Use this page to request a password reset link if you have forgotten your password.

Fields

Field Type Required Notes
Client Code Text Yes Your organisation's unique client code.
Username Text Yes Your Pixelsuite username.

Process

  1. Enter your client code and username.
  2. Click Reset Password.
  3. If a matching account is found and has an email address on file, a reset link will be sent to that email.
  4. The page will show a success message. Check your inbox and follow the link to reset your password.

Error States

Message Cause
Username not found No account exists with that username for the given client code.
No email address on account The account has no email address configured — contact your administrator to reset your password.

Notes

  • The reset link expires after a period of time. If your link has expired, request a new one.
  • The form is hidden after a successful submission and replaced with a confirmation message.
