Manager Overview

The Manager section provides account-level administration tools including client information, storage, modules, venues, advert tags, permission templates, and short links.

Manager Dashboard

The Manager Dashboard shows a summary of your account:

Client Information

Item Description
Client Code Your organisation's unique identifier.
Display Name The account display name.
Venues Number of venues in use vs the account maximum.
Channels Number of channels in use vs the account maximum.
Storage Allowance Total storage quota for your account.

Storage Usage

A breakdown of storage used, by file type — showing file count and total size for each type.

Active Modules

Lists the Pixelsuite modules that are currently enabled on your account (e.g. Signage, Image Adverts, Video Adverts, Menus, Raffles, Interrupts).

Venues

Lists all venues for your account with company name, trading name, ABN, ACN, city, state, and active status.

  • New Venue — Create a new venue (requires VENUE/NEW permission and account must be below the maximum venue limit).
  • Edit — Update venue details.

Advert Tags

Advert tags are used to categorise and filter image adverts across the account.

  • New Tag — Create a new tag with a name, background colour, and text colour.
  • Edit — Update tag name or colours.
  • Delete — Remove a tag. This unlinks it from any adverts using it.

Each tag shows a colour preview (background + text swatch) and an example of how it renders as a badge.

Permission Templates

Permission templates are reusable sets of user permissions that can be applied to multiple users at once.

  • New Template — Create a named template with a description and a set of permission checkboxes.
  • Edit — Update the template's permissions.
  • Clone — Duplicate a template as a starting point for a new one.
  • Apply to Users — Open a modal to select which users to apply the template to. Selecting a user applies the template's permissions to that user.

Short Links

Short links redirect from a short URL to a longer destination URL. Useful for QR codes on signage.

The list shows the short code, label, short URL, destination URL, creation date, and active status.

Filters

  • Search by code, label, or URL
  • Filter by status (Active / Inactive)
  • Filter by date range (Today / This Week / This Month / This Year)

Short Link Fields

Label Yes Internal name. Max 128 characters.
Destination URL Yes The full URL to redirect to. Max 2083 characters.
Active No Defaults to active.

Each short link has a Download QR action that generates a QR code image for the short URL.

Edit Client Settings

A full-page form to update the account's client details directly (rather than via modal).
