Two-Factor Authentication

Two-factor authentication (2FA) is required after a successful username/password login when 2FA is enabled on your account.

Requirements

  • You must have already completed the login step with valid credentials.
  • You must have an authenticator app (e.g. Google Authenticator, Authy, Microsoft Authenticator) set up on your account.

Fields

Field Type Notes
Verification Code Text (6 digits) Enter the current 6-digit code from your authenticator app.

Process

  1. Open your authenticator app and find the Pixelsuite entry.
  2. Enter the current 6-digit code.
  3. Click Verify Code (or the form will auto-submit when all 6 digits are entered).
  4. On success, you are redirected to the dashboard.

Notes

  • Codes are time-based and expire every 30 seconds. If your code is rejected, wait for the next code to appear.
  • Only numeric characters are accepted — non-numeric input is stripped automatically.
  • The form auto-submits 300ms after the 6th digit is entered.

Errors

Message Cause
Code expired or invalid The code entered was incorrect or has expired. Generate a new code from your authenticator app.

Setting Up 2FA

2FA is configured from your user profile under the Security & 2FA tab.
