Comprehensive guides and reference documentation for PixelSuite.
Two-Factor Authentication
Two-factor authentication (2FA) is required after a successful username/password login when 2FA is enabled on your account.
Requirements
- You must have already completed the login step with valid credentials.
- You must have an authenticator app (e.g. Google Authenticator, Authy, Microsoft Authenticator) set up on your account.
Fields
| Field | Type | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Verification Code | Text (6 digits) | Enter the current 6-digit code from your authenticator app. |
Process
- Open your authenticator app and find the Pixelsuite entry.
- Enter the current 6-digit code.
- Click Verify Code (or the form will auto-submit when all 6 digits are entered).
- On success, you are redirected to the dashboard.
Notes
- Codes are time-based and expire every 30 seconds. If your code is rejected, wait for the next code to appear.
- Only numeric characters are accepted — non-numeric input is stripped automatically.
- The form auto-submits 300ms after the 6th digit is entered.
Errors
| Message | Cause |
|---|---|
| Code expired or invalid | The code entered was incorrect or has expired. Generate a new code from your authenticator app. |
Setting Up 2FA
2FA is configured from your user profile under the Security & 2FA tab.
