Raffles
Raffles allow you to run live prize draws displayed on signage screens. A raffle picks a random number from a defined range and displays the result on assigned channels.
Module required: The Raffle feature must be enabled on your account. If it is not, raffle actions will redirect you away with a warning.
Creating a Raffle
Open the New Raffle modal from the raffle list page or the dashboard.
The creation process has two steps:
Step 1 — Template Selection
Choose whether to start from a saved template or create a custom draw:
- No Template (Custom Draw) — Enter all details manually in step 2.
- Select a template — Pre-fills step 2 fields from the saved template. Templates are managed separately (see Raffle Templates below).
Step 2 — Raffle Details
| Field | Required | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Title | Yes | Shown on-screen during the draw. Max 64 characters. E.g. "Friday Night Draw". |
| Description | Yes | Shown on-screen. Max 256 characters. E.g. "Members raffle draw". |
| Start Number | Yes | The lowest ticket number in the draw pool. Min 1. |
| End Number | Yes | The highest ticket number in the draw pool. Max 9,999,999,999,999,999. |
Running a Raffle
After creation, you are taken to the live raffle runner page (/signage/raffle/run/v/id/{id}).
From this page:
- Select one or more channels to broadcast the raffle to.
- Click Start to push the raffle to the selected channels.
- The raffle draw result is displayed on the signage screens for those channels.
- Click End (or End All from the dashboard) to finish the raffle and remove it from screens.
Managing Raffles
- Resume — Returns to the live runner page for an in-progress raffle (link available on the dashboard).
- End — Ends a single active raffle.
- End All — Ends all active raffles simultaneously.
- Archive — Archives a completed raffle, hiding it from the active list.
- Bulk Archive — Archive multiple raffles at once from the list page.

Notes
- Channels with Lock to Signage Mode enabled cannot display raffles.
- A raffle can be broadcast to multiple channels simultaneously.
- Archived raffles are preserved in the database but hidden from the active list.
