Archived Users

The archived users list shows all archived accounts. Archived users cannot log in and are not shown in the active list.

From this list, profiles can be viewed but no editing or status changes are available directly. Unarchiving is done from the user's profile page (admin only).

User Profile

The user profile page shows full account details and provides management actions.

Profile Tabs

Profile Information — Displays: User ID, Username, First/Last Name, Email, Venue, Role, Permission Template, Date Created, Last Login.

Security & 2FA — Shows 2FA status. If 2FA is not enabled and you are viewing your own profile, a QR code and manual setup key are shown to enable it.

Admin (admin-only, viewing another user) — Provides administrative actions: Edit Permissions, Disable/Enable, Archive, Unarchive, Remove 2FA, Reset Password, Delete User. All actions are logged.

Edit Options (own profile)

The Edit dropdown on the profile page provides:

  • Edit Profile — Update username, name, email, venue.
  • Manage 2FA — Enable or update two-factor authentication.
  • Configure Dashboard — Show or hide dashboard widgets.

The Actions dropdown provides:

  • Edit Permissions — Manage what this user can access.
  • Change Password — Change the account password.

Editing User Permissions

Open the Edit Permissions modal for a user. Permissions are grouped by feature area and displayed as checkboxes. A Toggle All master checkbox enables or disables all permissions at once.

Permissions control access to every page, action, and modal in Pixelsuite. Changes take effect immediately on the user's next page load.

Permission Templates

For applying the same set of permissions to multiple users at once, use Permission Templates.

Changing a Password

The Change Password modal has a single password field (and confirmation). Password strength is validated before submission.
