Reset Password

This page is accessed via the link emailed to you from the Forgot Password page. The {code} in the URL is a unique one-time token.

Fields

Field Type Required Notes
New Password Password Yes Your new password.
Confirm Password Password Yes Must match the new password field exactly.

Process

  1. Click the reset link from your email. You will be taken to this page.
  2. Enter your new password and confirm it.
  3. Click Reset Password.
  4. On success, you are redirected to the login page with a confirmation message.

Notes

  • If the reset link is invalid or has already been used, you will be redirected to the login page with an "invalid link" message. Request a new reset link from Forgot Password.
  • Password match validation is checked in the browser before submission. If the passwords do not match, an inline error is shown.
