Login
The login page is accessible to unauthenticated users only. Authenticated users are redirected away automatically.
Fields

| Client Code | Text | Yes | Your organisation's unique code. Remembered via cookie for 90 days. |
| Username | Text | Yes | Your Pixelsuite username. |
| Password | Password | Yes | Your account password. |
| Remember Me | Checkbox | No | Saves your client code to a browser cookie for future visits. |
Process
- Enter your client code, username, and password.
- Click Sign In.
- If two-factor authentication is enabled on your account, you will be redirected to the 2FA verification page.
- On success, you are redirected to the dashboard.
Error Messages
| Message | Cause |
|---|---|
| Invalid client code | The client code entered does not match any account. |
| Username not found | No account exists with that username for the given client. |
| Account is disabled | Your account has been deactivated. Contact an administrator. |
| Account setup pending | Your account has not yet been fully created. |
| Invalid username or password combination | Credentials are incorrect. A link to forgot password is shown. |
| Too many attempts — please wait 15 minutes | Rate limiting has been triggered due to repeated failed attempts. |
Cookie Notice
A cookie consent banner is shown on first visit. Pixelsuite uses session-only cookies for authentication and a non-tracking cookie to remember your client code. No personal tracking cookies are set.
