The user profile page shows account details, security settings, and provides management actions.

Profile Header

The header shows:
- Initials-based avatar
- Full name, username, and email address
- Status badges: profile type, role name, active/inactive/archived status, user ID
- Key metrics: Role, Status, 2FA state (Enabled / Off), Last Login

Tabs

Profile Information

Displays the following as read-only tiles:

• User ID
• Username
• First Name
• Last Name
• Email Address
• Venue
• Role
• Permission Template
• Date Created
• Last Login

Security & 2FA

Shows the current status of two-factor authentication.

If 2FA is enabled:
- A green "2FA is Active" panel is shown with the method (Authenticator App).

If 2FA is not enabled (viewing own profile):
- A QR code and manual secret key entry are shown to set up 2FA.
- Scan the QR code with your authenticator app (e.g. Google Authenticator, Authy), then enter the 6-digit verification code to activate it.

If 2FA is not enabled (viewing another user's profile):
- A read-only "not enabled" state is shown.

Admin Tab

Visible only to administrators viewing another user's profile. Provides:

User Management:
- Edit Permissions
- Disable Account / Enable Account
- Archive Account
- Unarchive Account

Security Administration:
- Remove 2FA (only shown if 2FA is currently enabled)
- Reset Password
- Delete User

All admin actions are logged.

The Edit button (top right) opens a dropdown:

The dashboard configuration lets you toggle visibility of individual dashboard widgets:
