Image Adverts
Image adverts display static images on signage screens. Each advert can have separate landscape (16:9) and portrait (9:16) images, allowing a single advert to work across both screen orientations.
Creating an Image Advert
Open the New Image Advert modal from the advert list page.
Advert Details

| Title | Yes | Max 128 characters. Auto-filled from the filename when an image is uploaded if you haven't typed a title. |

| Tags | No | One or more advert tags for categorisation. Tags are managed in Manager > Advert Tags. |
Images

*At least one image should be uploaded for a useful advert. Both can be uploaded at the same time.
Image processing: Non-GIF images (JPEG, PNG, WebP) are automatically compressed and converted to WebP format for optimised delivery. GIFs are uploaded as-is to preserve animation.
Assign To (Optional)
You can assign the advert to channels and/or playlists immediately at creation, or do this later from the profile page.

Managing an Image Advert
From the advert profile page, the dropdown menu provides:
- Edit — Update title, description, tags, venue, dates, and optionally replace images.
- Replace Image — Replace the landscape or portrait image only.
- Add Extra Artwork — Upload additional supplementary image files linked to this advert (stored separately, not shown in rotation).
- Link to Channel — Assign to a channel with full scheduling options.
- Suspend / Resume — Toggle the advert on/off across all assigned channels without deleting mappings.
- Delete — Permanently delete the advert and all its channel/playlist assignments.
Bulk Actions
From the advert list page, multiple adverts can be selected for:
- Bulk Delete
- Bulk Suspend / Unsuspend
- Bulk Assign — Assign multiple adverts to a channel at once.
- Bulk Unassign — Remove multiple adverts from a channel at once.
Revision History
Every time an image is uploaded or replaced, a revision record is created. The revision number is visible on the profile page.
